Refund and Exchange Policy
"The Grown-Ups" at Queenslake: If the Friday show is rained out, your tickets will be moved to Saturday. If Saturday is rained out, we will add a show Sunday 10/13 and your tickets will move to that show. If all shows get rained out, you will receive a voucher in the ticket amount spent to use toward a future Voices Amplified or Adventure Theatre show.

Murder Mysteries: Up to 72 hours before the show, you can request a refund of your ticket purchase (not including Ludus processing fees). We can also convert your ticket purchase into a gift certificate or exchange your ticket purchase for a different show up to 72 hours before a show. No refunds, exchanges, or conversions within 72 hours of the show.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Adventure Theatre). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
